East Providence Public Library offers multiple book clubs at both our main Weaver location and our Riverside Branch!
Here are upcoming selections for the 2026-2027 seasonal and 20's & 30's book clubs. Below them you will find the current month's links to each event. Titles will be announced throughout the season as selections are made. Check back often for updates here and on our calendar of events. Weaver Library
Weaver Library Book Club
Weaver Library's seasonal book club meets monthly from September through May (with the exception of December), and breaks for the summer. It has both an evening virtual meeting and an in person morning meeting. Registration is not required for in person meetings, but you do need to register for our virtual meetings in order to receive that month's Zoom link.

20s & 30s Book Club
Our 20s & 30s Book Club meets monthly, in person, at Weaver Library. It's a great place to read some diverse books and make new friends.
Book Chat
Interested in talking about the books you love or your favorite authors? Want to hear about new releases and find out what others are reading? This group meets one Saturday per month (except for December). Coffee and light refreshments will be available.
Riverside Branch
Page-to-Screen Book Club
Riverside Branch Library's seasonal book club meets monthly from September through May (with the exception of December), and breaks for the summer. Registration is not required for its in person meetings. This season we are doing a page to screen book club. You can read the book, watch the movie, or do BOTH! Choose how you would like to experience the story, then come share your thoughts with us during our book to movie discussion.
